develops a warm golden glow over time from a slightly salted shelf-aged hard rind, which is characteristic of semi soft cheese.

It lands sharply on the palate and mellows immediately.

Swiss Cheese

Paris Creek Swiss Cheese is smooth textured with a creamy yellow colour.

This semi-hard cheese is very tasty.

With its round unevenly distributed big, glossy eyes it resembles Emmental Cheese, but our unique Swiss Cheese is much smoother on the palate.
