Yogurt and Quark is free of any artificial colours and flavours,
bleached industrial sugars and salts, thickeners and milk powder.
At
B.-d. Farm Paris Creek we only use non homogenized bio-dynamic
milk, biodynamic
and organically grown fruit and pure honey and for the vanilla
flavoured ones we use real vanilla pods.
The
cultures we use for our yogurts are a delicate blend including
Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bacterium Bifidum and Streptococcus
Thermophilus.
For
our Quark we use special Quark cultures which are very beneficial
for a health conscious diet.
